Victoria Rowell is a former television actress (Diagnosis Murder, The Young and the Restless) and the spokeswoman for the Annie E. Casey Foundation, a charity helping disadvantaged children. She founded the Rowell Foster Children Positive Plan in 2000 to give emotional and financial support to foster children. She is the author of The Women Who Raised Me, a memoir about her own experience as a foster child. She is the co-author of Tag, Toss & Run with Paul Tukey.
